About the Author

Dr. Anthony M. Criniti IV holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, with a concentration in finance, from Walden University. A native of Philadelphia, he earned his BBA at The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Financial Services from The American College, where he also obtained designations, including Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and Registered Executive Benefit Consultant (REBC). He holds Pennsylvania licenses in real estate, life and health insurance, and fixed annuities. Dr. Criniti’s professional experience includes work in the field of mutual funds for The Vanguard Group as a retirement and investment specialist, as a financial planner for several hundred clients, and as a real estate developer. Dr. Criniti is a professor at several universities and an active investor in various marketplaces. He has traveled around the world studying various aspects of finance.
