About the Author

Martin A. Rosen, a Chicago, Illinois, native raised in the Winnetka suburb, received his bachelor of science in business and finance from Indiana University in 1967, his juris doctorate degree from Indiana University in 1971, and has practiced law for more than four decades in Washington, DC; Denver, Colorado; and Sarasota, Florida.

Rosen lives with his wife and two Labrador retrievers, dividing their time between Vermont and Florida.
