About the Author
Alonzo Johnson, Ph.D., is the Managing Partner of The OASYS Group, a talent management consulting company. His expertise includes staffing, organizational, and people development. He is the developer of the LEAD 360° assessment-A companion leadership development tool for this book. Alonzo specializes in creating and conducting leadership development programs that leverage assessments as a foundation on which to build. He has used this approach to help leaders at all levels increase their leadership effectiveness.
