About the Author
Alyson lives in Denver, Colorado with her very handsome husband, who also happens to be her high school sweetheart. She has 2 adult children, a girl and a boy, both of whom she is very proud of. I have been bringing characters to life and writing since I was a little girl. My first published book was in elementary school, where it was put on display in the library for others to read. My love for books is what compels me to write and create new worlds of my own for others to enjoy. A Colorado native, I love to travel. I have visited Ireland, Mexico and most of the United States. My favorite vacation hideaway is Hawaii. I have always had a love for the ocean and I love swimming with sea turtles in the wild. I hold a Master's Degree in Accounting and I'm a former accountant who has traded in my abacus for a full-time writing career. I also work in the real estate industry as a realtor with my husband.
