About the Author

Thomas Greenbaum is a graduate of Lafayette College (BA) and Columbia University School of Business (MBA). He has taught for five years at NYU Stern Graduate School of Business and for one year at Sacred Heart University and two years at American University. He has also taught an adult education course for five years at Harvard University titled "Marketing Your Consulting Business". In addition he has guest lectured at Cornell, Columbia and UCON. He is the author of five books, three about Marketing Research, one about building a consulting business, and the original version of this book
