About the Author

Robert S. “Bob” Bussom retired early from academia where he served as a professor and administrator. He has other work experience in retail sales, heavy manufacturing, health insurance, and executive development. He earned a B.S., MBA, and Ph. D. from The Ohio State University and has additional graduate-level coursework in Information Systems.
