Synopsis

O NEGATIVE by Cassandra Lynn King is an excellent, fresh, bold story that fans of science fiction won't be able to put down! The writing is engaging. Immediately I wanted to find out what would be happening. All in all, this is a book I would recommend! -- “Judge, Writer’s Digest 21st Annual Self-Published Book Awards” It is 2018, and an attempt at genetic engineering at a Philadelphia laboratory creates a virus that targets those with O negative blood. The virus quickly spreads, and those infected begin to develop superhuman abilities. While the rest of humanity begins to see the mutated individuals as a threat to them, the O Negatives, led by 18-year-old Walter Reifert, must flee from government lockup and experimental laboratories before they are annihilated by the humans. The survivors must deal with the heartbreak of losing the ones they love; but in despair there is always hope — hope for new love, new life, and a better future for all. In this hope, the survivors discover new relationships and the true meaning of family. This sequel continues your favorite story lines and characters ten years after they were introduced in Cassandra Lynn King’s debut novel Parallels.
