About the Author

Angela I. Schutz is the Managing Director and Founder of Driven to Succeed Consulting LLC, a career development and executive coaching service aimed at empowering people to find their ultimate career potential. As a successful Career Coach she has helped hundreds of clients land the right job, dispelling the myth that "there are no jobs out there!" Angela's career includes serving as a virtual coach for CareerCurve; as a Certified Associate at Lee Hecht Harrison and as a University Relations Career Consultant, coaching MBA and EMBA students; she served as the Executive Director of Training and Development for the National Society of Leadership and Success; and held multiple positions at the University of New Haven such as: the Director of Career Services and Experiential Learning, the Director to the Program to China and the Assistant Dean for Academic Services. Angela earned her Associates at Gateway Community College, where she is currently an Adjunct Professor. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, and an M.A. in Community Psychology at the University of New Haven. She is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Administrator and holds a Management Certificate in Higher Education from the Higher Education Resource Service (HERS) at Wellesley College.
