About the Author
Max Hodges is the founder and director of White Rabbit Express, a Tokyo-based provider of buy-and-ship and package forwarding services for Japanese goods.Born in Yamaguchi-ken, Tomoko Okazaki has over 12 years experience working as a surgical nurse in Japan's top hospitals. Tomoko studied English at Rice University in Houston, Texas. She now works as an editor in the medical publishing industry.Illustrator Maury Aaseng graduated with a BFA in graphic design from the University of Minnesota Duluth. The range of Maury's work includes anatomical illustration and cartoons for medical textbooks, informative illustrations for young adult nonfiction, illustrated guides for out-patient care, custom watercolor work for independent authors, and logo design and creation.
