About the Author

Dale is the CEO of the management consulting firm Strategic Influence which uses his Intelligent Influence competency framework to provide strategy, operations, and human capital consulting advice to corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits around the world. He received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dale also completed the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executives in State and Local Government program.
