About the Author
I help women in transition create their work life projects so that they can thrive, flourish and contribute their gift to the world. I am multicultural and have lived and worked in some 10 cities in the USA, Europe and Africa. Since 2004 I coached several hundred persons of different nationalities globally and have trained thousands of managers from all levels. I have been fortunate to work with a number of top professional athletes; Olympic and world champions to succeed in transitioning to their second career. I have extensive experience in the corporate world, academia, consulting and coaching: Prior to becoming a coach I launched 2 start-ups, was an international manager with major multinationals and served as European Vice president for ISA where I hired, developed and mentored dozens of professionals. Currently I am senior consultant with Cegos and honorary professor with ESSEC business School where I also coach students in career success. I run “np consultant” a specialty consultancy in Paris France. I love jazz, cooking and trekking.
