Previously published by The Center for Research in Adult Learning, under the title: Guidebook for Course Development and Evaluation, this book, and the UCAT, are helping course writers across the country in their pursuit of excellence. Dr. Upchurch is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at National American University, President of ACCESS, a national Christian distance education association, and of Upchurch Consulting Group, which focuses on higher education consulting related to faculty development, strategic planning, and adult degree completion programs.
