The Flying Pan contains a world travel of recipes, ingredients and anecdotes from these travels. It is not often that one comes in contact with individuals that are not onll passionate and invigorating about cuisine, but pass that on to inspire others. Bernard Guillas and Ron Oliver are the Two Chefs in this One World . We have been fortunate to have their association in our community of San Diego. Their influence reaches far outside Southern California however as one can tell from this collection.-Merci, Dean A. Thomas, CEC CCE, Executive Chef, Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino
