This book is to those who are enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gifts and now are partakers of the holy Ghost, tasted the powers of the world to come, and have got their senses exercised both in the bible and secular world to discern both good and bad, I am writing this book to those with labor of love towards the name of Jesus Christ in the way they have ministered and continue to minister to the saints, the poor, the needy and do minister to show compassion of Christ in their humanitarian works in world communities around the world, promoting peace, unity and understanding among mankind, building a new world of peace, prosperity and justice and freedom for all until the coming day of our Lord Jesus Christ. This book is not for baby Christians because it is written only to mature Christians who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil in our world and have come to know that Jesus Christ died for the whole world. The Lord of Host has given me an heritage as servant of him, by whom I have this honor and authority as The Apostle of the New World Order in Jesus Name. Amen.
