About the Author

Raised in a blue-collar Honolulu neighborhood and educated at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa, Park has held management positions in Hawai'i's academic and business communities. Among them: President and CEO of Hawai'i Dental Service and Dean of the University of Hawai'i's College of Continuing Education and Community Service. He has also served on the boards of First Hawaiian Bank and Verizon Hawai'i, among others.
