Award-winning artist, teacher and philanthropist, Adrienne van Dooren initiated and chaired the House That Faux Built project to raise money for charity and to showcase the incredible versatility of faux. Prior to taking on this project, Adrienne trained under master artisans in both the US and Europe. She has won numerous prestigious awards, including the Faux-cademy Platinum Trophy, LID Instructor Award, and the International Artist Exchange s Top Award. Retired from U.S. military service, Adrienne is able to work full-time for charitable projects.
