Synopsis

Egalitarians and the Bible is a well-researched discussion of how egalitarians view Scripture and examines a wide range of topics in the fields of history, theology, and biblical studies.  As noted in the preface, author Francis Geis II saw a need for a "small booklet which showed that egalitarians, contrary to frequent charges otherwise, have a very high view of the Bible’s inspiration, trustworthiness, and authority. This booklet serves as a ready reference to share with people who want to know and understand how egalitarians view and use Scripture."
