Open Your Mind and Say AHA is a self-help book that teaches the steps necessary for healing. The book bridges a long-standing gap between traditional medical self-help books and Chinese and Energetic Medicine self-help books. The premise of the book is that Homeopathic Medicine relies upon principles that are largely unknown in the United States, even though they were established more than 200 years ago and have never needed to be changed. A patient's recovery can be greatly helped by learning the steps available to them in homeopathic medicine to implement true healing. Dr. Torok has successfully taught these principles to his patients, assisting them in the process of healing. Readers can learn to implement these steps for themselves. Numerous examples are given from his practice demonstrating the natural process available to everyone, allowing people to recover good health.
