We are introduced to Taogirl, the prototypical Tao and defiant woman, as she guides the reader through the transitions along life's journey. Taogirl explains that to attain true happiness on this path one needs to embrace a philosophy of Taoist acceptance coupled with a dash of healthy defiance. Taoism brings her peace. Her defiant attitude endows her with the necessary skills to deal with life's challenges. About the Author
Continually reinventing herself, CJ Golden has previously enjoyed careers in speech therapy, acting, and sales management. Now a freelance columnist, author, and motivational speaker, she shares her Tao and defiant philosophy with women everywhere.
CJ is also a regular contributor to the Sally Jessy Raphael TalkNet Show where she shares her thoughts and observations in a segment called "Golden Ponderings." Residing in Connecticut, CJ greets each new day, challenge, and transition with her Tao and defiant spirit.
