About the Author:

Paul Brainard Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies at CSU Los Angeles and went on to earn an MBA from the University of La Verne. He has worked 30 years as an industrial accountant/manager and is currently the Founder/CEO of CHITA.
