ABOUT THE AUTHOR Julia E. Antoine has worked as a secretary, office manager, and business/clerical instructor. For the past 14 years she has been the Regional Director of two Occupational schools in Connecticut. She holds two Masters and is currently in the final stages of receiving her doctoral degree in higher education administration from a university in Boston. Ms. Antoine has published one children's book and is currently working on a collection of short stories.
