About the Author
About the Author Author Ronald L. Buckley is a recognized operations leader in the manufacturing world, with thirty-five years of experience and manufacturing expertise in improving quality, ensuring on-time delivery, and reducing costs. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in several of this country's most highly regarded manufacturing companies, most recently as Vice President of Manufacturing for General Electric Medical Systems Information Technologies. The author has held similar positions with Raytheon and US Surgical (Tyco). He has served as an advisor on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Technology Program for Lean Manufacturing (ConnStep), on the State of Connecticut Industry Cluster Advisory Board, and on the Manufacturer's Coalition Advisory Board Connecticut Technology Association.
