About the Author

Kenny Sylvester is a former shipyard worker who is an avid cook and car enthusiast. Kenny has worked as Mr. Abe's personal assistant since 1982. In 1983, Mr Abe approached Kenny and requested that he cook a meal every now and then. The rest is history. A yearlater, Mr Abe informed Kenny of his new lifestyle changes that included a lowfat diet and rigorous exercise program. This created a problem, because Mr. Abe was used to eating well and enjoying his food. At that time, to eat heart healthy meant that the food was unpalatable. So began the quest. Mr. Abe's Goody book is the end result.
