About the Authors

Following her acclaimed dance career, Erna Segal became a successful novelist and screenwriter. Writing under the pen name Erna Olinger, she authored the science thriller BioHazard Red as well as the classic science fiction novel The Ademian Line, and the psychological thriller Transfers.

ERNA OLINGER wrote three novels: The Ademian Line, the science thriller BioHazard Red, and the psychological thriller Transfers. Her autobiography, Memoirs In Toe Shoes, covers her meteoric dance career in the 1950s and early 60s which began at age eleven and ended when she left dancing at 23 to become a successful writer. The Ademian Line follows the life of Isa, a woman searching for ways to escape the besieged planet. She struggles to change the chaos and madness that surrounds people.
