About the Author
Ledesma is a professional coach. She coaches her clients to succeed. For over 25 years Ruth has woven her natural abilities as a coach into her professional counseling services, helping her clients primarily with career and personal development. Now, as a successful coach, she brings compassion and insight to the relationships she builds with her coaching clients, always encouraging solid connections between their daily behavior and their deepest values. Ruth is a graduate of Coach University and a member of the International Coach Federation. Through her company, Ledesma Associates, she conducts an international coaching practice from Chapel Hill, NC.
