Synopsis
Written for children between the ages of four and ten, Samantha Saves a Star is the story of a young girl who learns that even the most insignificant person can make a difference. Feeling unimportant in a cosmos filled with an infinite number of magnificent shining objects, a tiny star gives up and refuses to shine. It just happens to be Samantha's favorite star. Although Samantha feels powerless in her own life, she goes to great lengths to get the star to burn brightly once again.

About the Author
Robert Reece is a screenwriter who worked on some of Disney's recent animated family favorites such as Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning as well as Cinderella: A Twist in Time. He has also written projects for Universal Studios, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros., and Paramount. Todd Gallina is a renowned illustrator and animator. His clients include PBS, ESPN, and FOX. His creative talent has been leveraged by companies such as Sony and Microsoft as well as ad agencies such as Ogilvy and Mather.
