About the Author

Tina Pestalozzi is a writer and public speaker dedicated to helping others navigate life choices, with particular interest in easing the transition of those individuals accepting responsibility for the first time. Her entrepreneurial background gives her firsthand experience discerning the difficult choices one faces on the path to success. In 1998 Tina was trained and certified by the Protocol School of Washington, the nation’s leading school of protocol and etiquette. She presents seminars on life skills, civility, and business etiquette to corporate, government, and educational organizations. Life Skills 101: A Practical Guide to Leaving Home and Living on Your Own is the basis of her student life skills workshop.
