1. Why are there so many tables in this book?

"The Body Fat Guide" contains Body Composition tables, which form the bulk of the book. Think of this as a directory where you quickly look up your body composition information (muscle, fat, % fat and more), much like you look up a phone number in a telephone directory. All you need to use the tables are your weight and your waist size.

2. How precise are the Body Composition tables?

The Body Composition tables use small units of measurement: half pounds for your body weight and quarter inches for your waist size. With such small units, you can see changes in your body composition (up to 1/100 of a pound of fat) in a day or two!

3. Do the tables cover everyone?

Such a book would be enormous, so the Body Composition tables only cover the most common adult body weight ranges, from as little as 100 pounds for females to over 300 pounds for males.

4. What if I fall outside the tables' body weight ranges! ?

When I ran my own personal training studio, I would often r! ecommend fitness and health books for my clients to read, b! ut, there was never a book that had all the information I felt they needed to control their weight. So I wrote the book myself. "The Body Fat Guide" makes the perfect text book companion for any personal trainer or fitness client. When I am too busy to take people on as new clients, I just tell them to read "The Body Fat Guide". I couldn't say it any better in person than the way I already wrote it in the book.

14. Why aren't receipes included in the book?

Simple. Because once you learn to control your weight on a balanced diet, you can use any of your favorite receipes! There are plenty of receipe books out there, but there is only one book like "The Body Fat Guide". I'm a fitness trainer, not a professional chef. I make deals with chefs who write cook books. I don't train their veggies, they don't cook my fitness clients.

15. Isn't there a computer program to calculate my body composition! for me?

"The Body Fat Guide" will show you how to use any popular spreadsheet program to create an Electronic Energy Balance Chart that does just that. I use my electronic chart everyday when I am at the computer, and I use the book when I am away from the computer. Learning to create the chart is worth the price of the book alone, but, don't forget all the other important training advice that comes along with the book.
