About the Authors
Mary Josephine Scales in her seventies was born in South Dakota where she now lives on the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River. Although Mary has no formal training in diet education she has over the years made it a priority to increase her knowledge and understanding about health and fitness, and the important role diet plays in a person's strength, vitality, and longevity. Mary believes it is her mission to educate and enlighten everyone about the benefits of healthy eating and living.
Mary Josephine Scales is an advocate for healthy eating and living who over the years has developed a broad understanding of health and fitness in general and the role diet plays in an individual's strength, vitality and longevity. She lives in Chamberlain, South Dakota.
