Poems that have enriched and brightened my life
Loving poetry all my life, I have been dismayed by the lack of teaching and general interest in the subject in recent years. I spent years carefully searching out and selecting poems for their beauty, rhyme, information and general interest. To add a little touch, I have annotated almost all of them to try to increase their charm and interest.
We have made the print larger to increase legibility and added a hardbound cover with a beautiful painting by Maxfield Parrish. The finished book meets my high expectations and represents a superb gift for graduation at any level of school, from grammar school through college. It is also great for birthdays, Mother's and Father's Day, Christmas, Hanukkah, and other special occasions.
