Rafael Colón is one of America's best-known Latino inspirational keynote speakers, executive coach, and team retreat facilitator an entrepreneur, author, master of ceremonies and consultant in both English and Spanish. His previous book, Journey to Success: 8 Steps to Avoid the Career Dormido Virus, received the 1998 North American Book Exchange Best Business Book of the Year Award.
