About the Author

Norman J. York is a career and leadership coach who has worked with hundreds of people experiencing the challenge of change. He has owned and managed three small businesses and two consulting practices. He was an adjunct professor of management at Texas State University for eleven years. In the past thirty years, he has coached many people to start or buy their own businesses. He is the author of The Successful Entrepreneur, Amazon and Using Your Inner Power to Find Meaningful Work, with Madeleine York, Xlibris. He holds a BS in Education from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Marketing and Organization Development from Boston University and he is a graduate of the Wholesale Executive Management Institute at Stanford University.
