Black Cloth. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: VG+. First Edition. Binding sound and tight, bright gilt titling to spine, sleek matt black cloth boards have the odd dusky mark. Free of markings. A few small chafe spots at the bottom edge of the first few leaves near the hinge. We think a drop of glue went astray in the bindery, now gone. The dust jacket has a few fingernail indents and minor rubs. A small scuff at the lower rear hinge of the spine, 1cm long. This is a heavy tome, weighing in at over 4 kilos.
