I give an overview of the book and why I wrote it.
I discovered The Urantia Book in 1971 when I was in college and found its teachings incomparable and thrilling to anything I read before. I began putting together The Fifth Revelation a few years ago, in gratitude for the way it has guided and enriched my life. It explained the world, the universe and eternity - it gave me purpose. The Fifth Revelation is an ideal book for introducing The Urantia Book to new readers. It assembles a variety of enlightening yet easily comprehendible passages about such topics as: formation of the galaxies, origin of life, handling anxiety and disappointment,Adam & Eve, origin of the Bible, marriage, a complete view of the life of Jesus, the Remembrance Supper, world peace, prayer, universe inhabitants, and eternity. There is an introductory commentary to each chapter to assist the reader in understanding and appreciating the beauty and clarity of the fifth revelation of God - The Urantia Book.
