Synopsis
In this comedy-of-errors, an official in Hell -- a seasoned demon of considerable experience -- decides to give advice to his young nephew demon. The nephew has been given the first field position, which is to use his devilish wiles to tempt a 20-year-old man away from the influence of the enemy (God) and the enemy's son (Christ). The nephew tries to accomplish this by getting the young man interested in material things and irritated over church problems. This work of Christian satire and humour is designed to encourage and strengthen the reader's faith in a time when evidence of faith is declining. Tempting Letters is not only entertaining but spiritually enlightening.
