Synopsis

A time-traveling sasquatch makes a much larger footprint than she could ever have imagined. A dying astronaut on the moon is tormented by a long-forgotten family pet. And elderly man contemplates the future that never was, and is harassed by a technology he never saw coming. In the photo labs of old, not everything is as pretty as a picture. A sacrificial victim is granted one last wish. An elf wanders the streets of a small city seeking to help those in need - but it might not be the help that was requested. A mad bomber discovers his own worst enemy, and four tales of the zombie apocalypse tie into the worlds of Robert John Jenson's previous novels. These and other stories from the author of ALL THE STARS THAT EVER WERE and THE OCTOBER LIGHT OF AUGUST.
