Robin Nixon is a motivational and technical author who has written over ten books for publishers such as O'Reilly, McGraw-Hill and Wiley, and in excess of 500 magazine articles. He is also the founder of Nixon Publishing.
In 1995 he started the world's first licensed Internet radio station. As well as attracting the attention of Microsoft, who helped him to develop the audio player, as a result of which he was interviewed by BBC2 TV who came to film the operation he had set up.
Robin has been the director of several Internet and software development companies in both the UK and US, and has in excess of 15 years' experience with developing for the Internet. He lives on the South East coast of England with his wife, a trained psychiatric nurse and university lecturer on Autism, five children and three disabled foster children.
