Synopsis
Independent candidate for Cardiff Central, Alun Mathias, has delivered an allegorical version of his manifesto through doors in Cardiff. In the story Vicky, a girl from an area called 'Cathays,' finds a pit with dying a starving people in it near her home. She tries to tell her local Town Council - meant to represent the UK Government - and is ignored. She goes to charities and encourages her friends to take up the issue - but her plight to feed the people in the nearby pit isn't easy.
