A practical guide to self-fulfilment through the power of creative visualisation. Covers all aspects of personal change, from reducing stress, improving health and relationships, to boosting confidence and finding a new purpose in life. Inspired by the visions and practice of psychosynthesis, and incorporating all the main themes, such as working with subpersonalities, creative use of the will and connection with spirituality. A valuable resource for counsellors as well as a self-help tool for the lay person. Written in a lively and accessible style and illuminated by Rachel Charles's personal and professional experience, often most movingly, in particular how visualisation helped her overcome cancer.
