Synopsis

Paul Insect is a UK street artist who is most famous for his 2007 Solo show Bullion Exhibition at Lazarides Gallery London. Damien Hirst is reported to be a fan of the artist, having purchased the show days before it opened. Also he held an exhibition Poison in a disused shop in London's King Cross in partnership with Lazarides Gallery. He has worked alongside well known artist Bansky at the Cans Festival in London and on the Separation Wall in Palestine. Paul was involved in the Brandalism Project which saw 25 artists from 8 countries coming together for the biggest Subvertising campaign in UK history. Taking place over five days a team of guerilla installers travelled to Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and London and installed artworks that seek to confront the Ad industry and take back our visual landscape. His artwork is enthralling both aesthetically and conceptually meticulously crafted paintings, sculptures and installations on a range of themes from the media and the environment to religion and identity reflect the artists imaginative sensibility and astounding array of skills.
