Qué reconfortante es encontrar un libro bien escrito que desmitifique las teorías en lugar de crearlas o perpetuarlas. Transmite consejos de gestión de una manera sencilla pero entrañable y cubre la teoría de equipo de Belbin y la Jerarquía de Necesidades de Abraham Maslow. También contiene tanto sentido común sobre el manejo del estrés y el trato con personas difíciles que debería estar disponible con receta médica.
