Each book is divided into four units and these are divided into sections on Working with Others, Language Study, Professional Focus and Understanding Your Scope of Practice. Handy tips for confident use of the telephone are on the inside laminated flaps. Throughout the book there is a "gold-star" system to motivate and encourage completion of the programme. It can be used by mentors and practice supervisors working alongside international colleagues.
