Mark Black, aged 22, is an MBA Distinction graduate from Newcastle Business School. He is the managing director of The Home Central Locking Company. He also gives conferences on motivation, leadership and teamworking with his brother Stephen and his father Steve, the Newcastle Falcons and Irish Lions rugby coach.
