About the Author

Helen lives in Leeds, growing pumpkins and reading science fiction novels. Since writing this book she has written articles for Imagine, Community Living and Shout! Helen has a long history working for Social Services in day services and with people who have high support needs. Helen ran a Sexuality and Sexual Health Support Project for learning disabilities services in Leeds. Since joining Paradigm Helen has brought her down to earth and inspiring style to training and consultancy in person centred planning, modernising day services and working out creative, workable solutions with people who have high support needs. Helen wrote her first story at the age of 7, and has been writing poems and short stories ever since. This is her first novel.
