About the Author:
With fourteen years experience in the health business, Suzanne Reed-LeQuesne has become a leading authority on nutrition. A clinical Nutritionist, Suzanne graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London in 1993. She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, the Association of Therapy Lecturers and the founder member of the Jersey Association of Complementary Therapists (JACT). Currently living in Shropshire UK. Suzanne is a regular guest speaker at many conferences in the UK and Canada.
