The author claims this as a world record, although Guinness World Records cannot recognise it because Guinness says limericks are poetry and Guinness does not have anything to do with poetry. The situation is acknowledged - in a limerick - on the title pages. Three more books are planned, which will bring the published total of verses to more than 7,000.
