Synopsis
The 1993 European Community Wind Energy Conference was held in North Germany from 8-12 March. It was sponsored by the Commission of the European Communities, Bundesministerium fuer Forschung und Technologie, Land Schleswig-Holstein and Stadt Luebeck. Most of these 207 papers concentrate on the technical aspects of wind energy, but considerable attention is also paid to planning, environmental issues and the financing of wind farms. This volume also includes two sections specifically devoted to wind energy applications. The titles of the sessions are listed and preceded by the number of papers in each session.
