About the Author

?Frances Barrineau is a proud native South Carolinian who was born, educated, married and birthed her first daughter in Lancaster, South Carolina. Later after leaving Lancaster for 35 years, she has now returned with her husband to retire there. She and her husband have three daughters and five grandchildren, which includes twins. She says, I am an American by birth but a Southerner by the grace of God! Frances loves to cook, entertain and create new, tasty and nutritious recipes, continually testing to find some new variation to existing favorites. She says, the new ideas are really no fun without someone to share them with , so the many innovations in her cookbooks are her way of sharing recipes and great ideas with friends and fans alike. She hopes that you enjoy them as much as she enjoyed writing them. In the years to come, she plans to write more cookbooks and share her recipes and ideas with many new friends.
