About the Author

John Chitty practices and teaches holistic therapies in Boulder, Colorado, USA. He is co-founder of Colorado School of Energy Studies, established in 1992, and served five terms as President of the American Polarity Therapy Association in the years 1994-1999. His approach combines Polarity Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Psychotherapy. He is the author of numerous titles including books, articles and video presentations, and has taught in many locations and events in North America and Europe.
