Jonathan Miller is the Secretary for the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet. Prior to that he served as the State Treasurer of Kentucky. Garry Wills is a Pulitzer Prize-winning historian and cultural critic, and a professor of history at Northwestern University.
